The kids took turns being sick this week. It started on Sunday with Hannah down with a fever, headache, sore throat. Bethany was down the next day with the same thing. I got it too, and was down most of the day Monday. It would last 2 to 3 days and then we were fine. Bryleigh came down with it on Tuesday night and by Wednesday she was having a hard time breathing, so she got to go into the dr's after dinner. Hers turned into croup, so she got her steroids for her lungs and was much better by the next day. Dallen was down with it in the middle of the week, and Rylan finished it off for us that weekend. I was happy it cleared our house before Christmas.
Bryleigh getting all comfy on the couch with her pillow and blanket. It was a little strange for her to stay in one place for longer than a second.
Dallen had fun watching shows. It's one of his favorite things to do these days. When we are sick there is not much limit on the tv, one plus I guess.
Bethany's hair after 3 days on the couch not moving. She had it the longest. She ended up missing 3 days during her last week of school. Hannah ended up missing 2 days that last week. The girls enjoyed reading books and playing their ipod while they were sick. They also both took some good naps.
Poor baby! You can tell she was not feeling well! She wanted to be held all the time, we had some good snuggles.
I really wish the kids would all get sick the same day, so we can be sick and everyone get it and be done with it in 3 days, instead of dragging it out all week. It sounds so much more practical!
