bryleigh dance pictures

Bryleigh has loved doing dance class this year! She had dance pictures, and they were crazy expensive. I usually buy a cheap picture of their school pictures and their sports pictures. But they didn't have a cheap picture to buy, so I just took my own picture of her. She is so cute!

She had two recitals this year. The winter recital her class danced to a snowman song. She was super cute and did a great job!

The spring recital she had a pretty pink ball gown. They danced to the song Happy Working Song, from the Enchanted movie. It was really cute. They also did a little dance to As Long As You Love Me from the Backstreet Boys. She did great!

She enjoyed her year of dance. Her parents were happy when it was over though! We struggle with having to pay the monthly fee, then a recital fee and costume fee. Then you have to buy tickets to go to the recital. It all just adds up.

Then it was hard to sit through the recitals. With dancing there are a lot of inappropriate dance moves and songs that happen. It just make me cringe. That's the same reason Bethany and Hannah stopped dancing. At some point it not so cute anymore and just not good. Thankfully Bryleigh's songs and dances were fine, and she was super cute! She is a good dancer! 

university of utah softball

Bethany's team got to go to a University of Utah softball game. They got to go early and meet the players and do a little clinic with them. It was a lot of fun!

She loved getting to meet the players and be in the dug out and out on the field. 

And of course watching the game. We weren't able to go with her, so her coach took her down. I'm glad that she got to go and hang out with her team.

Easter picture before church. Not sure where Bethany was!

Some more of my cute kids after church. I was running out of time for getting the kids easter outfits. So while we were in San Diego during spring break we were able to find their dresses and shirts.

Since we had 9:00 am church, we did the kids easter baskets after church. Our easter bunny hides their baskets and they have to find them. 

Bryleigh's was hiding in the corner. Dallen's inside the game cabinet.

Rylan's was underneath the desk in the office.

Hannah's was under the chair by the piano. 

Bethany had the hardest time. She was about to give up. It was under the dinning room table. 

After they finished with their easter baskets, they went outside to find the eggs the easter bunny hide for them.

They wanted to have dessert after eating a bunch of candy, and they were all pretty wired! So I told them that if they wanted dessert, they had to go run 10 laps around the backyard. They all did it!

Our fence was down between our neighbor's and our backyard. We both decided to put up a vinyl fence, so we got it all ready. Then the fence guy took a couple months to get around to putting the fence up. It was nice when it was done!

lion king school play

Bethany had so much fun being a part of her school play this year. She was in the chorus, which was perfect for her. She was able to perform in all the songs. She loved learning the songs and dances.

She had different costumes that she got to wear. She was the cutest lioness cub. She was also a blade of grass, and the elephants butt! We had fun teasing her about this. It was a huge puppet, that you get inside. There were three of them in it, and she was the tail end!

The people that did their make up did awesome! She was so cute!

I was a little surprised when she came home from her dress rehearsal with her make up done.!

I'm so glad she got to particapate in her school play. It was a little tough juggling play rehearsal, softball and her school work. But she did it and did it well!
